Priscilla

Sorry I haven't been very dedicated to writing lately...but there you go.  So this pretty lady is Priscilla, she's very cute and sweet, although I need to get busy and make her an outfit.  She's about 8" tall, made out of acrylic yarn, I believe its Waverly, which is my favorite acrylic for this kind of project, its super soft, so the doll is plush.  Sometimes I love Michaels.  She has safety eyes so there's no reason she can't be played with by a child of any age...She is listed on my etsy, I'll try to get the link up today.  I hope you all have a lovely St. Patties day, I intend to.

Introductions

     Since I managed to get myself locked out of my other blog, I have set up this, My Fiber Fables.  I hope you enjoy reading this, hopefully it will be interesting.  This particular blog with be about crochet, and possibly knitting, if i learn, and whatever artsy-ness I may get into.  I love elephants, so I'm sure there will be at least one forthcoming, as well as a giraffe, lion, and whatever other nonsense I can create.
       I have quite a large yarn stash, most of which is currently spread out on the bed next to me.  I have part of a cowl, hand warmers  doll, and a bunch of projects I haven't even started yet sitting immediately to my right.  I have a busy spring ahead of me, which is awesome.
      For my readers who also stash yarn, don't forget to check out BigLots, they are like an outlet store, and carry some great yarns, not huge skeins but sometimes you can get several, or amounts that are perfect for smaller projects.
      I have a ton of theme ideas and sets, and it will be a lot of fun to get started, however I always have a million ideas.
